Some Facts

These are just some facts about me that may or may not interest you...
1. I'm the oldest of two girls.
2. I'm a "neat-freak" or "perfectionist".
3. I am an avid book reader. My favorite books include: Dan Brown's "The Da Vinci Code", John Marsden's "The Tomorrow Series", J. K. Rawlling's "The Harry Potter Series" and J. R. R. Tolkein's "The Lord of the Rings".
4. I have a fascination with fire, ice and water.
5. My eyes change colour according to my health and emotional state.
6. I long to become a Marine Biologist. It has been a dream of mine since the age of six.
7. I have been a diver for four years. Diving is my one escape from the harsh reality of the world.
8. I try to write how I feel through poetry and stories, but (as you can probably tell from this diary) I am not very good.
9. My favorite colour is BLUE, while my favorite tone is BLACK.
10. I hate PINK... I think it is the worst colour. I will not wear it or use it in any of my artworks, though don't condemn others who wear it.
11. At the moment, I have just had my braces removed. I hate the retainers I have to use, but I guess they are/were a necessity. Even though it doens't seem to be doing anymore than pushing my teeth back to where they originally were.
12. I love to draw, paint and anything else that is creative like scrap booking, card making, but alas, this I am not very good at either.
13. I am bi-sexual, and very proud to be.
14. I am a very avid animal lover. I have one dog, Ted, a bird, Kona, and about 15 fish.
15. I was the most hated person in my year in High School. This was a major factor into my depression.
16. 16 is my favorite number.
17. I hate my writing, but don't know of any other method to use to release the emotions I have.
18. I moved out of home, approximately 12 hours from my family, at the age of 17.
19. I like to put holes in my long sleeved shirts so I can put my thumbs through them.
20. I only had 3 wisdom teeth, I had them removed in May 2002.
21. I haven't seen or heard from my godfather, Craig, in almost 14 years.
22. I am a member of the State Emergency Service.
23. I have 5 piercings at the moment. I used to have 12 more but had to take some out for reasons beyond my control.
24. I have a tattoo of a tribal sun on my left hip. I want more but don't think that will happen in the near future due to my parents.
25. Have a lazy left eye lid.
26. Am aesthetically revolting.
27. Am abrupt and straight forward in dialogue.
28. I have been addicted to pain killers and anti-depressants.
29. Most people believe I hate everyone and everything, which is generally not true.
30. Am terrified of being hurt by those I care about.
31. Am a bit of a bitch, in all essence of the word, but feel at times it is essential to be.
32. I hate horror movies, like Jeepers Creepers, that movie gave me nightmares for weeks. *Shakes fist*
33. I love to wear odd socks, everyone thinks it is a sign of the crazier side of me, but it's just a comfort thing for me.
34. Fell 3m from a balcony at my Aunty's when I was 3 trying to get a ball.
35. My best friends are Jess, Nate and Dave.
36. I get easily homesick, but am loving living so far away from my home.
37. I have so many favorite songs right now, including "A Brand New Day" -Forty Foot Echo, "Celebrity Skin" by Hole, "Welcome to my World" by Simple Plan, "Hallelujah" by Jeff Buckley and "Saltwater" by Julian Lennon.
38. I love black nail polish and eye make up... I try to wear it all the time.
39. I am currently in my third year of university.
40. I am currently working as a Shop assistant.
41. I like to make my own unique jewelery and clothing, though hardly have the time to do so.
42. My favorite flowers are Black frangipanis, red or black roses, and purple singapore orchids.
43. I have 1 cat named Maverick, he's a black domestic short hair and my baby.
43. I am currently in love with someone who doesn't love me in return.
44. I have been recently informed that I am a cross between the stereotypes of goth, punk and emo. I hate stereotypes in all forms and wish people would stop categorising people.
